自制水果果冻

Steps to make 自制水果果冻

  • 1.吉利丁片剪成一条条的。
  • 2.加入适量凉白开或冰水泡软。
  • 3.水果剥皮,切成比花生稍微大一点点的颗粒。也可以用水果罐头来做。
  • 4.椰子水微波炉加热1分钟,然后加入糖搅拌至融化。晾凉至微热,不要烫,不要超过50度。
  • 5.将泡软的吉利丁挤干水分,加入椰子水中,搅拌至融化。如果椰子水温度低了,不能完全融化,可以隔水加热一下,但温度不能太高。
  • 6.将水果粒分装至果冻盒中。
  • 7.将椰子水分装至果冻盒中,然后冰箱冷藏几小时直至果冻凝固。
  • 8.果冻凝固后就可以拿出来吃了。
