【宁式炒年糕】软糯清爽的炒年糕

Steps to make 【宁式炒年糕】软糯清爽的炒年糕

  • 1.1.里脊肉切成0.5cm粗细的丝,加入姜末,黄酒,干淀粉和盐,用手抓拌均匀腌渍10分钟。
  • 2.2.年糕切成0.3cm厚的片。
  • 3.3.白菜心切成细丝,香菇用水浸泡1小时,回软后去蒂切成丝。
  • 4.4.锅里倒油油至5成热,放入腌好的肉丝划散,待肉变色后盛出备用。
  • 5.5.锅中留底油,放入年糕片和香菇丝炒一会。
  • 6.6.加少许水加盖焖2分钟。
  • 7.7.年糕片回软并不再粘锅后再放入白菜丝和肉丝
  • 8.8.翻炒一会,出锅前放入剩余的盐。
