  • 吉利丁5克
  • 冷开水50克

Steps to make 芒果奶酪慕斯蛋糕

  • 1.芒果肉打成泥
  • 2.吉利丁用冰水泡软挤干水,放入牛奶中隔热水融化
  • 3.牛奶(加了吉利丁的)、柠檬汁、糖放入芒果泥中
  • 4.奶酪打至顺滑与3的芒果泥混合均匀
  • 5.奶油打至可流动的状态
  • 6.5与4混合,翻拌均匀,成为奶酪慕斯馅放冰箱冷藏
  • 7.消化饼压成粉末与融化的黄油拌匀
  • 8.活底模底垫油纸,将7倒入压实放冰箱冷冻
  • 9.冻实饼底取出倒入慕斯馅放入芒果肉丁
  • 10.倒入剩下的慕斯馅放冰箱冷藏
  • 11.用辅料做好镜面倒在凝固的蛋糕面上入冰箱冷藏
