味增烧猪肉
买了一些味增酱,常常拿来煮面吃,这次用来炒肉,味道也不错。

  • 猪肉150g
  • 胡萝卜3/1段
  • 洋葱4/1块
  • 尖椒1个
  • 卷心菜叶子3片
  • 味增酱15g
  • 酱油1茶匙
  • 白糖2g
  • 2瓣
  • 5g
  • 料酒1汤匙
  • 白芝麻少许

Steps to make 味增烧猪肉

  • 1.食材准备好
  • 2.包菜切丝,用清水泡一会备用
  • 3.胡萝卜、洋葱、尖椒切丝
  • 4.猪肉顺着条纹切薄片
  • 5.姜、蒜磨成姜蓉和蒜蓉
  • 6.将味增酱放入姜蒜碗中,放入生抽、料酒、白糖搅拌成酱料
  • 7.将切好的猪肉放入酱料碗中,腌制5分钟(酱料很咸,不用腌太久)
  • 8.锅里烧热油,放胡萝卜、青椒、洋葱,炒至6、7成熟后捞出
  • 9.再放入猪肉翻炒一分钟左右(肉很薄,不用炒太久)
  • 10.放入炒过的蔬菜丝一起拌炒
  • 11.最后放入包菜丝,拌炒一下
  • 12.出锅前撒一些白芝麻即可
