Steps to make 荞麦冷面

  • 1.一包荞麦冷面里面有冷面、冷面汤、辣椒面、油料包
  • 2.冷面汤配料:饮用水、白糖、盐、醋、酱油、味精等,油料包配料:食用油、辣椒面、芝麻粒,辣椒面配料:辣椒面、芝麻粒
  • 3.准备食材。苹果削皮切丝,黄瓜去皮切丝,芝麻炒熟,午餐肉切片,鸡蛋煮熟,西红柿切片。
  • 4.将冷面在冷水中揉搓分离
  • 5.锅里烧点清水,水开后放入冷面,搅动防止糊锅
  • 6.煮1分钟左右即可,煮面时间不宜过长,否则太软不够劲道。
  • 7.将煮好的冷面捞出放入冷水中冲凉
  • 8.把冷面捞出沥干水分放入汤碗中
  • 9.将浓缩冷面汤与300ml冰镇矿泉水倒入汤碗中搅拌均匀备用,可以根据个人口味添加水量。再把搅拌好的冷面汤倒入装冷面的汤碗中
  • 10.放一点黄瓜丝、苹果丝、西红柿和午餐肉,熟鸡蛋切两半摆在上面,撒一点熟芝麻,撒上香菜即可。
  • 11.成品。面条劲道,汤汁清爽,酸酸甜甜,非常好吃。
