  • 1.准备食材,三色藜麦米提前浸泡20分钟。
  • 2.大米、小米分别淘洗干净
  • 3.电煮锅中加入适量的水,水开下入三色藜麦米和大米,煮开,煮5分钟左右。
  • 4.然后下入小米,煮开。
  • 5.再煮10分钟左右,米熟即可关火,下入枸杞子们3分钟即可出锅。
