怡汝私房卤味做法之一---卤四样

  • 鸡脖子4个
  • 鸡爪子2
  • 鸡蛋3个

  • 1.卤四样是食材。
  • 2.首先把豆腐切成均匀的6块,大小看自己喜爱即可。
  • 3.然后用锅把豆腐煎成金黄色备用。
  • 4.把鸡脚去掉脚趾剁成两半,脖子剁成两半入热水锅内焯水后捞出洗净。
  • 5.花椒、大料、辣椒、桂皮,香叶放在一起备用。
  • 6.葱切成段姜切片和橘皮一起备用。
  • 7.炒锅少许油,低温放入碗中的配料煎香。
  • 8.然后放入生抽和老抽和蚝油,然后放入热水烧开。
  • 9.然后放入鸡爪和鸡脖子。
  • 10.放入煎好的豆腐转中小火焖煮。
  • 11.然后放入葱姜和橘皮煮8分钟左右。
  • 12.放入鸡蛋接着煮。
  • 13.煮至汤剩下一半左右,全部入味即可。停火后放入小盆晾凉即可食用。
  • 14.做好的摆盘上桌即可食用。
