  • 1.鸭梨和白醋。
  • 2.鸭梨洗净去皮切块放杯底。
  • 3.用冰锤捣碎。
  • 4.不用捣成泥,颗粒就可以。
  • 5.取冰糖。
  • 6.放冰糖。
  • 7.倒入白醋。
  • 8.搅和搅和。
  • 9.盖盖子,放一边发酵。
  • 10.初具鸭梨醋的形态了,等梨碎全部变微黄的糖色就可以啦。
  • 11.梨碎变透明,大约是第6天。
  • 12.倒杯子里。
  • 13.成品。
