回国这些日子,咳嗽反反复复多次,有时只有白天才咳嗽,有时只有晚上咳,可是有时又不分日夜都会咳。偶尔听一个朋友说,她晚上喝的时候用老姜煲冰糖喝过之后感觉好多好。我根据自己的情况就用了老姜、陈皮、雪梨煲冰糖,没想到喝过之后果然晚上没再咳了。

Steps to make 陈皮老姜冰糖煲雪梨

  • 1.将泡过之后切成丝的陈皮、以及跺碎的老姜先放入锅内。
  • 2.再将浸泡之后洗干净切成块的雪梨也一起放入。
  • 3.注入大半锅清水。
  • 4.大火煮沸约二十分钟。
  • 5.然后将冰糖加入。
  • 6.至冰糖完全溶化即可熄火饮用。
