  • 腊肠150g
  • 香菇1个
  • 菜心2颗
  • 玉米粒少许
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 少许
  • 蒸鱼豉油少许
  • 蚝油少许
  • 橄榄油少许

Steps to make 腊味煲仔饭

  • 1.盆中放入适量纯净水、盐、蒸鱼豉油、蚝油,搅拌均匀,做成浇汁。
  • 2.适量菜心、香菇、玉米粒备好。
  • 3.砂锅抹上橄榄油,放入泡好的长粒香米,加入适量清水。
  • 4.上火加盖,中火焖煮。
  • 5.汤汁收干改小火,码上腊肠、菜心、香菇、玉米。
  • 6.中间再放一个鸡蛋。
  • 7.淋上提前兑好的浇汁。
  • 8.加盖用小火慢煨。
  • 9.沿边缘处倒入适量橄榄油,防止糊锅。
  • 10.不断转动砂锅,使砂锅均匀受热。
  • 11.成品。
