南瓜玫瑰花
将南瓜蒸熟,压成泥和面,按做玫瑰花的方法制作,蒸熟后,是造型不是很漂亮,但颜色不错的南瓜玫瑰花。

Steps to make 南瓜玫瑰花

  • 1.南瓜去皮去瓤切成块入蒸锅蒸熟。
  • 2.用勺子压成泥 (也可以用料理机打成泥)。
  • 3.面粉、酵母粉、南瓜泥放在一起和成面团醒发。南瓜泥很软,和面时视情况再加适量牛奶或水。
  • 4.将醒发好的面团揉实。
  • 5.再做成大小适中的面剂。
  • 6.将面剂擀圆。
  • 7.5张面片一组叠好。
  • 8.放上搓长的面条作花蕊。
  • 9.用筷子在叠起的面片中间压一压。
  • 10.将面片卷起。
  • 11.在筷子压出的地方切开。
  • 12.切面在下,成花朵面坯。
  • 13.将面坯放入冷水蒸锅,盖上锅盖,开火蒸。先小火,待锅热后再用中火。
  • 14.蒸至花卷熟即可。
