糖醋黄鱼
今天小人的午餐其中一道菜,糖醋黄鱼,酸酸甜甜,煞是开胃,小家伙可喜欢了。
因为是给小朋友吃的,所以煎的时候只用了一点点油,稍微煎一下就加水煮了,大人吃的话可以油稍微多一些,将两面都煎至外皮脆脆的,口感会有很大的不同。但是我这样做出来的糖醋鱼味道也非常好了,很适合小朋友吃。

  • 料酒少许
  • 老抽1茶匙
  • 鲜酱油1茶匙

Steps to make 糖醋黄鱼

  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.将蒜切片。
  • 3.黄鱼处理好洗净,用刀将两面都划几刀口子,方便入味。
  • 4.炒锅中倒入少许油,烧热,下入姜和蒜炒香。
  • 5.下入黄鱼,煎30秒,翻面再煎30秒。
  • 6.倒入少许料酒,用铲子轻轻拌匀。
  • 7.倒入一碗清水,盖上盖子,大火煮开转小火。
  • 8.待黄鱼熟,倒入老抽。
  • 9.倒入鲜酱油。
  • 10.再倒入陈醋。
  • 11.调入适量盐,稍微拌匀。
  • 12.最后调入白糖,轻轻拌匀。
  • 13.待汤汁收干即可关火。
  • 14.盛出装盘,撒入葱花即可。
