  • 1.草莓洗净,用淡盐水泡泡,洗净沥干。
  • 2.草莓切除蒂,去掉烂的部分,切小块。我偷懒,又喜欢吃有大块果肉的果酱,就一个切成四份。
  • 3.白草冻粉(超市里有卖,要白的草冻粉)适量用冷水调好备用。
  • 4.锅中烧水,水开后放入草莓。煮到草莓软了之后放白砂糖,不时搅拌。
  • 5.继续煮至起泡、变稠,加入调好的草冻粉水,不停搅拌,待汤汁浓稠后出锅晾凉,放入冰箱,第二天再食用~。
