Steps to make 香蕉果酱

  • 1.将果酱瓶洗净,放入锅中,加水摸过瓶子,煮沸20分钟,关火后将瓶盖放入锅中,继续消毒10分钟;
  • 2.取出沥干水,倒扣果酱瓶;
  • 3.将柠檬洗净、对切后榨汁备用;
  • 4.将香蕉切成去皮;
  • 5.切成小丁备用;
  • 6.将香蕉、冰糖、柠檬汁一起放入锅中,加100ml水,中小火熬煮;
  • 7.煮沸后将涩汁去除;
  • 8.持续熬煮,直到果酱变浓稠,关掉火;
  • 9.将果酱装入瓶内,盖紧瓶盖后趁热倒扣,倒扣30分钟后洗净瓶身,置于室温3~7天再放入冰箱中冷藏;
  • 10.成品果酱。
