芦笋黑椒牛仔骨
前段时间去香港买回一箱牛排,吃剩两块一直放在冰箱里,昨天冰箱大清洁,清出许多零零碎碎的食材,估计这几天不用再进货了,把家里的剩货食材煮完都要好几天。趁着清洁整理,加上也是换季时候,好多食材也要按季节食用较好。看着这两块牛排,还有前天买回准备做凉拌的芦笋,灵感一闪,凉拌芦笋放弃算了,干脆做个芦笋配黑椒牛排,这是最完美组合啦~~(我把牛排斩件成一小块,做成牛仔骨,一来家里的小吃货最近不太爱吃牛排了,她说都吃腻了,换成牛仔骨样子小巧,没那么吓人。二来在食用时家人可以各取所需。吃荤或素自己选择~~

  • 红酒3汤匙
  • 黑椒酱少许
  • 黑胡椒粒少许
  • 鸡粉少许

Steps to make 芦笋黑椒牛仔骨

  • 1.食材:牛排、黑椒粒、芦笋。
  • 2. 配料:红酒、黑椒酱。
  • 3.将芦笋根老的部分用刮皮刀去掉皮,洗净、切成小段。胡萝卜切粗条。
  • 4.牛排自然解冻后斩小块。
  • 5.用少许盐、红酒腌制片刻。
  • 6.锅里放水、一勺盐、几滴油烧开,胡萝卜先焯1分钟。
  • 7.再倒下芦笋大火焯2分钟。
  • 8.捞起沥干水。
  • 9.平底锅烧热,放入橄榄油。
  • 10.把牛仔骨放下,整齐平铺中火煎制,两面煎至略有焦黄,表皮有所收缩,锁住肉汁。
  • 11.倒下焯好水的芦笋、胡萝卜、调入黑椒酱、鸡粉拌炒均匀即可。
  • 12.装盆,撒下黑椒粒。
