  • 1.从市场购买2斤鲜韭菜花(不要买已经开花或者有花籽的)
  • 2.食用盐
  • 3.黄瓜和姜
  • 4.挑选,把已经有花籽的挑选出去,那种的已经老了,口感差。
  • 5.清洗,我洗了5遍才看到清澈的水
  • 6.晾晒
  • 7.黄瓜切开放盐(适量)让黄瓜缩缩水,增加黄瓜的爽脆口感,建议提前一小时研制。
  • 8.晾晒干净的韭菜花用蒜揪捣碎
  • 9.捣碎后的韭菜花
  • 10.把姜也捣碎
  • 11.三种食材集合
  • 12.放入食盐,均匀拌在一起(食盐不要太多了,韭菜花不怎么耐咸)
  • 13.完工,装瓶。都不要装的太满,储藏的期间会慢慢发酵
  • 14.装完储藏瓶
  • 15.取出成品韭菜花,放入一点香油。开胃小菜上桌
