彩蔬腊味煲仔饭
姐姐从珠海回来,给我们带很多自己晒的腊肉。我忍不住要拿来做煲仔饭,嘻嘻,之前常用电饭锅做,这次用瓦煲仔来做。做出来是比较香,但要控制火候,不然容易糊底。

    Steps to make 彩蔬腊味煲仔饭

    • 1.大米,腊肉,腊肠,脆皮肠,冬菇,红罗卜,芥蓝。
    • 2.冬菇泡发切丝,腊肠腊肉用温水清洗切成片,脆皮肠,红萝卜,芥蓝切丁。
    • 3.大米洗干净用水泡一个小时。
    • 4.把泡好的米加适量盐油拌匀,加适量清水大火煮开。
    • 5.煮开后把米搅拌一下。
    • 6.加入冬菇一起煮,转中火。
    • 7.水变少加入蔬菜粒,转小火。
    • 8.快干水前加入腊肉腊肠煲10分钟。
    • 9.加入脆皮肠熄火焖10分钟。
