  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.火腿肠,芒果分别切成条。
  • 3.竹帘上铺一张紫菜。
  • 4.然后铺一层米饭(米饭蒸好后稍微晾凉,然后加苹果醋调拌)。
  • 5.手套到保鲜袋中把米饭摁压紧实。
  • 6.摁压米饭,也是在包寿司让成品看起来不松散的一个重要的步骤,特别是有包不紧的朋友更要试试这个方法。
  • 7.在摁压好的米饭上铺一层保鲜膜。
  • 8.这个是米饭外包的,然后翻转过来,竹帘还是在最下面,紫菜在最上面。
  • 9.在紫菜上涂一层沙拉酱。
  • 10.摆上黄瓜和芒果。
  • 11.卷的第一下要摁压一下定型,馅都要包进去,也不能太用力,紫菜会破,馅会爆出来。
  • 12.然后慢慢的拉着竹帘往前卷,保鲜膜不要包到寿司内心中,包在米饭的最外面一圈就可以,不然吃的时候就麻烦了,最后整根摁压定型。
  • 13.甜的外包的寿司卷就做好了,保鲜膜不用拿掉,直接切圈就好,比较好摆放,这样不会粘。
  • 14.接下来是内包的,还是甜的口味,这就没什么好说的了,米饭上涂沙拉酱,然后放上黄瓜,芒果。
  • 15.最后包咸的,加沙拉酱,黄瓜,火腿肠,肉松。
  • 16.一共做了五根。
