Steps to make 桑葚玫瑰花

  • 1.桑葚用流动的水冲洗,再用淡盐水浸泡10分钟。
  • 2.用勺子按压桑葚,滤出汁液。
  • 3.面粉、酵母和白糖混合,用桑葚汁加适量水和面。
  • 4.和成光滑的面团,盖湿布放温暖处发酵。
  • 5.200g面粉、2g酵母、5g白糖混合,加水和成白色面团盖湿布放温暖处发酵。
  • 6.发酵好的面团,是原来的2-2.5倍大。
  • 7.发酵好的白色面团。
  • 8.紫面团取出放案板上揉出气体,分成10g左右的小剂子。
  • 9.擀成饺子皮状,6个一叠,用筷子在中间按一下。
  • 10.一个小剂子搓成长条状,放在一端作花芯。
  • 11.从放花芯的一端卷起,在中间切一刀,竖起就是两朵小玫瑰花啦。
  • 12.同样做成白色、紫色相间的双色玫瑰花。
  • 13.做好的玫瑰花放在铺了屉布的蒸锅中二次发酵。
  • 14.二发好后冷水上锅蒸,上汽后蒸15分钟。
  • 15.关火后虚蒸5分钟开盖。
