桂香椰奶薯丸

Steps to make 桂香椰奶薯丸

  • 1.把红薯,紫薯,香芋,去皮
  • 2.薯类去皮后,切成片状
  • 3.把切片的薯类,排放入蒸盒中
  • 4.把蒸盒,放入蒸锅
  • 5.上汽后,大火蒸15分钟
  • 6.蒸薯类的同时,把木薯粉55克一份,准备好3份
  • 7.把蒸好的薯类,碾成泥,我这里先碾紫薯泥了
  • 8.把准备好的木薯粉,倒入薯泥中
  • 9.每份薯泥,加入35克开水,把木薯粉和薯泥揉成团
  • 10.揉成团后,包上保鲜膜,以免面团,变硬变干
  • 11.把3种薯泥都做好,包在保鲜膜中
  • 12.把薯团,搓揉成长条
  • 13.把薯条,切成小剂子,搓揉后小丸子
  • 14.每份薯团,搓好后,放入盆中,洒入剩余的木薯粉
  • 15.把薯丸子,翻拌均匀裹上木薯粉
  • 16.把薯丸子,过筛一边,筛去过多的木薯粉
  • 17.筛好的薯丸子,放入盆中备用
  • 18.锅中加水,大火烧煮
  • 19.水煮开后,倒入薯丸子
  • 20.用铲子,从底部抄出,以免丸子粘底
  • 21.再次煮开,丸子浮出断生后,捞出
  • 22.捞出的薯丸子,过凉
  • 23.过凉后,捞出放入碗中
  • 24.把椰奶,倒入薯丸中
  • 25.淋上,桂花蜜,搅拌均匀
  • 26.桂香椰奶薯丸,就做好了,Q弹味香,非常不错。
