菜汁面包

  • 4.饧发至2倍大小
  • 5.取出面团排气滚圆松弛5分钟
  • 6.取一个面团擀成舌头状
  • 7.卷起来
  • 8.将另一个面团也做好放烤盘里二发
  • 9.二发的生胚表面刷蛋液
  • 10.提前越热烤箱190度烤30分钟
  • 11.烤好后取出晾凉
