  • 牛奶160克
  • 蛋液30克
  • 3克
  • 40克
  • 高粉300克
  • 酵母5克
  • 黄油25克

Steps to make 卷起来更精彩-----奶香面包卷

  • 1.除黄油外,将原料用面包机揉制20分钟,加入黄油,揉好面团至扩展阶段。
  • 2.发酵至2-2.5倍大。
  • 3.排气,分成10份,55克/份左右,揉圆,松弛15分钟。
  • 4.取1份面团,擀开。
  • 5.翻面卷起来,收口处捏紧。
  • 6.从中间切开。
  • 7.8寸蛋糕模抹上油,放在模具里。
  • 8.再次发酵至9分满。
  • 9.刷上蛋液,入预热好的烤箱烘焙。
