腊八粥
吃过腊八饭,就把年来办!腊月初八被认为是农历新年的前奏曲,我国许多地方都有喝腊八粥的习俗。
其实自己做腊八粥一点都不难,只需将五谷杂粮放在一起熬煮至熟就可以了。
这里面我加入了高营养的巴马红粳米,它是寿乡巴马的特有品种,每年只产一季,生长周期长、产量低,稻米质地密实,营养丰富,为米中极品。经常食用有利于健康。
说实话,腊八粥我也是第一次做,没想到特别成功,香甜软糯,口感丰富,哈哈,看成品就知道有多少吃了。

  • 糯米30g
  • 核桃仁10g
  • 莲子15g
  • 花生20g
  • 红枣6颗
  • 红糖50g

Steps to make 腊八粥

  • 1.备好食材:巴马红粳米、巴马黑米、大米、糯米、红豆
  • 2.红枣、花生、莲子(无芯)、核桃仁、红糖
  • 3.除了红糖外,将其他食材淘洗干净后放入电压力锅里,红糖也一起放入
  • 4.倒入约1000g左右的清水
  • 5.合上电压力锅盖子,开启电源,按下“食材选择”键,选择到“杂粮”,再按下“烹饪方式”键,选择到“杂粮粥”,最后按下“开始”键,工作时间为40分钟,待工作程序完成后,排出气压,发出“嘀嘀嘀。。。”声时,才可开盖
  • 6.盛入碗中便可享用了!
