  • 1.所有食材
  • 2.牛心菜洗净剁碎,与牛肉末一起放入锅中,放黄酒、盐、老抽、油咖喱搅拌备用
  • 3.面粉放酵母和水揉成光滑的面团发酵
  • 4.发酵至2到2.5倍
  • 5.排空气,分10小团醒10分钟
  • 6.取一面团压扁,放上牛肉馅
  • 7.收口揉成圆团醒15分钟
  • 8.不沾盘放少许油加热,放入醒好的煎包煎2分钟
  • 9.在放适量的清水加盖煮开,煮至3到4分钟
  • 10.每个煎包翻一下身继续煮至水干
  • 11.水干后用小火再煎4到5分钟,煎至两面金黄出锅
