Steps to make 烤芝士蛋糕

  • 1.牛奶倒入碗内搅拌均匀。
  • 2.倒入低粉,搅拌一下。
  • 3.搅拌成絮状待用,做成面块,最后烤的时候用的。
  • 4.饼干压碎放入模具内。
  • 5.奶酪隔水加热搅拌均匀。
  • 6.倒入低粉,牛奶,白糖。
  • 7.添加两个蛋黄液。
  • 8.快速搅拌均匀。
  • 9.倒入模具中,轻轻震荡一下。
  • 10.最后撒入面块,椰丝,放入烤箱,上下火160度,烘烤60分钟即可。每家烤箱品牌不一样所设置的时间也不一样的。
  • 11.成品,完美出炉,味道完美。
