“经常用脑,多喝六个核桃”。这句广告词虽然被批为华而不实,然而核桃补脑似乎早就是人们的共识。中国人讲究以形补形,核桃去壳后的核桃仁,尤其是未晒干的新鲜核桃仁,白花花的,猛一看还真就跟脑花儿一样。虽说经常会看到“以形补形”之说被批为谬论,然而,现代研究确实也说核桃中所含的一些脂类对脑神经有一定的营养保健作用。可见“以形补形”并不完全是妄言。
将核桃加入豆浆中,就称之为益智豆浆,这口气有点大。天知道10克核桃能管多少用,把这一缸豆浆灌下去,脑还没来得及补上,先被撑傻。保健难以一蹴而就,功在细水长流。
