金针菇拌鸡丝
虽然是冬天了,外面温度很低,可现在家里都有暖气,室内温暖干燥,有时就想吃些凉拌菜。前几日得了丘比沙拉的试用,厂家给寄了两小包大拌菜口味的沙拉汁,我尝了尝,微微的甜味带着些许的辣,用它拌的菜清爽可口,特别的开胃。

  • 胡萝卜30看
  • 生抽1汤匙
  • 少许
  • 料酒1汤匙
  • 花椒8粒
  • 姜片3克
  • 沙拉汁1包
  • 2瓣

Steps to make 金针菇拌鸡丝

  • 1.主料:鸡脯肉、金针菇、黄瓜、胡萝卜。
  • 2.锅中入冷水,将鸡脯肉放入,加入花椒粒、姜片和料酒,煮至鸡脯肉完全成熟。
  • 3.煮鸡脯肉的时候,我们来处理配料。将金针菇去根洗净控水。
  • 4.将黄瓜和胡萝卜分别切丝。
  • 5.蒜切末。
  • 6.将煮好的鸡脯肉捞出,洗净控水。
  • 7.将鸡脯肉顺纹理撕成细丝。
  • 8.把金针菇焯水2分钟至熟。
  • 9.将胡萝卜焯水半分钟捞出冲凉控水。
  • 10.将金针菇、胡萝卜丝、黄瓜丝、鸡丝放入大碗中,放入蒜末。
  • 11.调入一汤匙生抽和少许的盐。
  • 12.调入一包大拌菜口味的丘比沙拉汁,翻拌均匀即可装盘。
