自制安全泡椒凤爪
好像说什么都是关于我老头,或许是因为我现在只能围着他转了,老头特爱吃鸡爪子,以前偶尔会给他买上一小袋,有时他自己也会买来吃,真不知道这皮包骨的鸡爪有啥好吃的,可就是让很多人都欲罢不能,只是外面的鸡爪卫生问题真是不忍直视,只能自己学着做了,去年倒是在美天里找过菜谱学习了,但总觉得味道不够,后来群里桶姐也分享了她的经验,前两天买牛肉顺便的买了点鸡爪子泡起来,给老头子一个惊喜,味道还是不错的,拍了图片后自己先偷偷啃了点了,剩下的就泡到明天让老头啃个够吧!

Steps to make 自制安全泡椒凤爪

  • 1.先准备香料:八角花椒桂皮香叶干辣椒草果沙姜、高度白酒,和适量的盐
  • 2.把鸡爪洗净,去指甲,劈成两半,加适量盐拌匀
  • 3.香料稍微洗一下,干锅小火煸至出香味,晾凉
  • 4.鸡爪加香料加适量高度白酒拌匀,盖上保鲜膜入冰箱腌制一晚上
  • 5.取出鸡爪,加入水末过鸡爪,大火烧开,撇去浮沫,转小火煮10-15分钟,关火泡半小时
  • 6.泡好的鸡爪捞出冲洗干净,晾干水分
  • 7.容器里倒入一瓶泡椒带泡椒水,加少许洋葱,香菜、花椒、酒、盐、少许糖、白醋,拌匀,下鸡爪,再加适量的凉白开末过鸡爪,盖盖入冰箱冷藏腌制2-3天即可食用
