肉炒青椒土豆片
青椒土豆片不管是素炒还是肉炒我都非常喜欢吃,是一道最最家常的家常菜,相信大多数人都会做,但要把它做的好吃开胃,本人觉得还是要把土豆片提前煎炒一下,炒出来的土豆片一是非常的绵软入味,二是可以缩短煸炒的时间,如果说要不提前煎一下,直接炒,炒时间长一点可不可以,也不是不可以,但味道和提前煎过的绝不一样,感兴趣的童鞋不信可以试一试,仅个人观点哈,供参考,呵呵。

Steps to make 肉炒青椒土豆片

  • 1.准备好材料,土豆去皮清洗干净,青椒去蒂清洗干净。
  • 2.青椒土豆切片,葱姜切丝备用。(土豆切完放清水里洗去上面的淀粉。
  • 3.猪肉切薄片放碗中,加入淀粉,料酒,生抽抓匀,腌5分钟。
  • 4.锅中放油,烧至5成热,下土豆片煎至8成熟捞出备用。
  • 5.锅中留底油烧热,下葱姜丝爆香
  • 6.接着下煨好的猪肉片煸炒至断生,肉色发白。
  • 7.加入土豆片,放料酒煸炒。
  • 8.放生抽调味。
  • 9.放入白糖。
  • 10.放盐。
  • 11.最后加入青椒片。
  • 12.加入少量水烧开,翻炒几下关火。
  • 13.最后加入1克味精翻拌均匀出锅。
