  • 1.预备材料,清洗干净,花胶事前泡发好,冬菇浸泡好。
  • 2.热油。
  • 3.下姜片。
  • 4.炒一下榨干水的冬菇,两面炒一下。
  • 5.加入鸡肉,鸡灼了一下水,也可以不。
  • 6.加入一碗冬菇水。
  • 7.然后调味调色,下生抽,老抽,耗油,翻炒均匀。
  • 8.加入2-3碗鸡汤,或开水,水再开,下花胶。
  • 9.一起焖煮,20分钟,然后下一点点盐,如果不够味。另外汁很多可以加点淀粉水收汁,喜欢黏稠一点也可以。
  • 10.摆碟,用青菜围盘。
  • 11.加入煮好的花胶冬菇焖鸡。
  • 12.加点葱花,成了。
