百吃不厌的下饭菜----辣白菜炒五花肉
这几天无聊,追看韩剧。我喜欢看韩剧,不是剧情的吸引而是被韩式料理和那些漂亮的餐具所吸引。很韩剧中都会出现这道【辣白菜炒五花肉】,每次看到就会有想吃的欲望。这道菜我已经做过N多次了,可以说是百吃不厌。辣白菜炒肉是韩国料理中不可或缺的一道主菜,也因其肥而不腻,开胃下饭而深受欢迎。做法也非常简单,要选用上好的五花肉,切成薄片,与韩式辣白菜一同翻炒5分钟即可。
这次我用的韩国泡菜是超市买的现成的,如果有兴趣的同学不妨自己腌制一些那会更好的。辣白菜是自然发酵产生的乳酸菌对肠道很好,另外白菜本身也是特别健康营养的蔬菜.
而且韩国泡菜普遍不咸对身体也有保护作用。

Steps to make 百吃不厌的下饭菜----辣白菜炒五花肉

  • 1.准备好所用食材。
  • 2.将五花肉切成薄片。
  • 3.准备适量辣白菜。
  • 4.锅中少许食用油,烧热后下入肉片煸炒。
  • 5.炒至肉片完变色,煸出油后加入少许料酒煸炒均匀。
  • 6.倒入辣白菜和适量辣白菜汁。翻炒均匀
  • 7.倒入适量的热水。
  • 8.烧开后,加入1勺韩式辣酱。炒均后,盖上锅盖中小火焖十分钟左右。
  • 9.收干汤汁后撒上葱花即可。
