  • 白糖50克
  • 酵母6克

Steps to make 红糖马拉糕

  • 1.白糖+红糖用热水融化。
  • 2.等晾凉至30度左右,加入酵母,面粉,木薯淀粉搅拌均匀后再加入食用油继续搅拌。
  • 3.搅拌成酸奶状,过筛两,三次成细腻的糊糊。
  • 4.静至盖上保鲜膜。
  • 5.发酵到明显变大之后。
  • 6.加入融化的小苏打继续搅拌均匀。
  • 7.容器刷上油。
  • 8.倒入面糊糊再次发酵二十至半个小时。
  • 9.开火蒸三十分钟。
  • 10.蒸制完成后,表面刷一层油,反扣晾凉。
