眼看着粉丝越来越多的我,为了洗脱天天吃素的嫌疑,于是斥巨资~买了一块鸡胸肉
别人都做糖醋排骨,贫穷的方丈吃不起排骨,选择了糖醋鸡柳!然而不影响它可以成为一道美味的菜肴!
酸中带甜,甜中有咸!外酥里嫩,入口难忘!既是菜肴的美味又有吃零食的快乐,吃起来超级满足!

  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 1勺
  • 白糖2勺
  • 白醋2勺
  • 番茄酱5勺
  • 生抽2勺
  • 料酒2勺

Steps to make 糖醋鸡柳

  • 1.准备好一块鸡胸肉和一根葱。
  • 2.葱切小段备用。
  • 3.鸡胸肉切成条状备用。
  • 4.鸡胸肉放入碗中,加2勺料酒,1勺盐,一个鸡蛋,一勺胡椒粉。
  • 5.带上手套捏拌均匀,腌制20分钟。
  • 6.调糖醋酱汁(2勺生抽,2勺白糖,5勺番茄酱,1勺淀粉,2勺白醋,适量清水,搅拌均匀)。
  • 7.空碗中倒入淀粉。
  • 8.腌制好的鸡柳每个均匀的裹上一层淀粉。
  • 9.锅中倒油烧热至七成热倒入鸡柳炸至金黄。
  • 10.捞出沥油。
  • 11.锅中倒入适量油加热后放入小葱段炒香。
  • 12.倒入调好的酸甜酱汁煮至汤汁变浓稠。
  • 13.倒入鸡柳翻炒均匀。
  • 14.撒上白芝麻翻炒均匀。
  • 15.出锅啦!
