Steps to make 八宝饭

  • 1.所有原料备好。
  • 2.先把薏米洗净,浸泡2小时。
  • 3.莲子洗净。
  • 4.糯米洗净,用水浸泡2小时。
  • 5.薏米、莲子放入锅中蒸30分钟
  • 6.糯米放入锅中蒸30分钟。
  • 7.蒸好的糯米饭。
  • 8.把糯米饭放糖,翻拌均匀。
  • 9.蒸好的薏米滤干水分。
  • 10.莲子滤干水分。
  • 11.红枣洗净,去核切成瓣。
  • 12.葡萄干洗净,桂圆剥去皮,果丹皮切成半公分厚的片。
  • 13.把红枣、莲子、葡萄干、桂圆肉、果丹皮摆到碗底中。
  • 14.放入薏米。
  • 15.倒入一半糯米饭。
  • 16.用勺子压平。
  • 17.放入一层莲子。
  • 18.放入核桃仁。
  • 19.再放入一层糯米饭,用勺子压平压实。
  • 20.入锅蒸20分钟。
  • 21.倒扣出来,即可享用。
