Steps to make 蝴蝶结馒头

  • 1.把除仙人掌果粉外的所有原料混合均匀,和成光滑适当的面团。
  • 2.切出一半加入少许仙人掌果粉揉成粉色面团。
  • 3.分别擀成片。用大小两个切模切出圆片。
  • 4.小圆片放在大圆片上。
  • 5.中间上面切两刀,下面切一刀。
  • 6.左右两边各切两刀。
  • 7.以面片左边为例,抬起中间一块,把上下两块往中间聚拢,再把中间那片放上去。右边也用同样的方法做好。如图所示。
  • 8.把上面的一条面片往下折过来,压到底部。
  • 9.再取一点白色的面团擀薄,用小孔裱花嘴压出小圆片,需要14个。
  • 10.粘在粉色面片上。生坯就做好了。
  • 11.把剩下的面团重新擀开,依次做完,放蒸盘上发酵至2倍大,放入美遇蒸烤箱中。
  • 12.选择蒸汽模式,100度17分钟。
