Steps to make 鸡蛋肉末豆腐

  • 1.材料备齐。
  • 2.鸡蛋打散,洋葱,蒜,香葱切碎,香菇切条。
  • 3.豆腐切这样的小块。
  • 4.酱油,蚝油,辣椒酱,黑胡椒,白糖加100克清水调成酱汁备用。
  • 5.锅内放少许油,先将鸡蛋炒熟盛出备用。
  • 6.豆腐煎到金黄色备用。
  • 7.锅内放少许油,爆香洋葱,蒜末和肉末。
  • 8.加入煎好的豆腐块和酱汁翻炒均匀。
  • 9.加入炒好的鸡蛋拌匀。
  • 10.加入适量水淀粉勾芡。
  • 11.出锅前放香葱翻炒均匀即可出锅。
  • 12.撒少许白芝麻点缀即可!
