  • 1.大虾用牙签挑出沙肠,葱姜蒜切末,准备一个小碗里面放入料酒,糖,醋,生抽,少许水调成汁备用。
  • 2.锅烧开水,放入葱段,姜片,料酒,开水焯5分钟捞出沥干备用。
  • 3.锅烧热倒油,放入葱姜蒜末爆香,放入焯熟的大虾,炒至微微发干,倒入调好的汤汁炒匀。
  • 4.小火翻炒至虾把汤汁吸干装盘即可。
