  • 2.小汤锅放水煮至起大泡泡就是还未沸开,放下汤圆。
  • 3.中小火煮至汤圆浮起,即熟了。
  • 4.如图,汤圆浮起了,捞出来。
  • 5.因为煎制,所以汤圆一浮即捞出来,不宜煮过熟。
  • 6.不粘锅放油。
  • 7.下汤圆小火煎制。
  • 8.用勺子轻轻压下汤圆,让汤圆受热均匀。
  • 9.煎制两面皮脆脆的就可以了。
