  • 豆腐皮100g
  • 胡萝卜50g
  • 小葱2颗
  • 香菜2颗
  • 大蒜4瓣
  • 东古一品鲜1匙
  • 陈醋2匙
  • 白糖2匙
  • 香油少许

Steps to make 凉拌三丝

  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.豆腐皮卷成卷后切丝。
  • 3.胡萝卜擦成细丝。
  • 4.金针菇切掉根部,将粘在一起的分开洗净。
  • 5.锅中水开后下入豆腐皮和金针菇汆烫一下,水开马上捞出过凉水控干。
  • 6.继续汆烫胡萝卜丝,同样过凉水投凉。
  • 7.大蒜、小葱、小米辣(我用红干椒)全部切末。
  • 8.大蒜末、小葱花、辣椒放入碗中,再放些白芝麻,用热油泼入,激发出香味。
  • 9.再加入精盐适量,东古一品鲜酱油一匙,陈醋2匙,白糖一大匙,味粉香油适量搅拌均匀。
  • 10.将控干水份的食材放入盆中,加入香菜段,倒入料汁抓拌均匀。
  • 11.夏季消暑,开胃增加食欲,酸辣爽口。
