当归红枣鸡蛋
记得以前跟别人开玩笑说,女人不补好易老,男人补就好易冇。秋天到了,晚上俺这嘎地已经10°C了,女人不补,更待何时。买了套《天天饮食》的书,里面有篇是进补的当归红枣鸡蛋,刚好家里在有些黑豆红枣,材料也不缺了,于是就行动起来。

Steps to make 当归红枣鸡蛋

  • 1.先把红豆、黑豆泡一晚上,再用瓦煲同当归片慢火煲;
  • 2.这种瓦煲盖上有个孔,用慢火炖时有孔透气,不至于汤汁溢出来,煲约1小时;
  • 3.在煲豆的同时可另开一炉,将蛋煮透,然后剥壳,备用;
  • 4.在煮蛋时将红枣对半破开,去核;
  • 5.等豆煮开花,放入红枣;
  • 6.再放入鸡蛋,加红片糖或红糖粉,甜度按你自己的喜好控制糖分量,慢火炖30-60分钟,时不时将鸡蛋转一转,以求均匀。
