  • 1.热火冷油小火炒香蒜末和小米辣,关火倒入另一半蒜末。
  • 2.+4小勺生抽+2小勺耗油+2小勺蒸鱼豉油+1小勺香油+1小勺十三香+2小勺烤肉料+1小勺孜然粉,拌匀备用。
  • 3.粉丝用开水泡十分钟左右至泡软。
  • 4.生蚝扇贝洗净。扇贝只保留瑶柱和裙边。生蚝撬开,哪怕掌握撬生蚝技巧也需要很大力气,小心不要伤到手,或者请卖生蚝的老板帮忙撬开。
  • 5.烤箱上下火200度预热,滴几滴柠檬汁去腥增香。
  • 6.200度烤10分钟。
  • 7.取出放粉丝、蒜蓉酱。
  • 8.200度继续烤10分钟。
  • 9.成品图。
