手撕茄子
小时候,家里做手撕茄子时,我常帮着妈妈将茄子撕成条。因为是北方人,喜欢吃酱,都是用茄条蘸着酱吃,现在饮食多样化了,凉拌茄子也多了好多种吃法。

Steps to make 手撕茄子

  • 1.原料:茄子。
  • 2.茄子洗净去蒂,均匀的切成四等份,装入盘子里,开水入蒸锅8分钟,取出晾凉。
  • 3.准备一个小碗,加生抽,蚝油。
  • 4.加米醋。
  • 5.加盐、白糖。
  • 6.加辣椒酱。
  • 7.加香油搅拌均匀备用。
  • 8.茄子用手顺着纹理撕成条装入盘中。
  • 9.加入料汁,小葱叶点缀即可。
  • 10.清凉下饭菜,属于夏天的美味。
