自制油条
想自己炸油条很久了,油条可是从小吃到大的,大概是广东人都喜欢的早餐选择,可是某人说太上火了,不同意我炸油条呢,呜呜,好久没吃了·····这次香雪面粉的试用正好有油条粉,然后趁某人不在偷偷炸了一小锅,就着豆浆吃得好满足吖,然后某人回来了,然后在取笑我这叫什么油条,那么小,哼哼哼···

Steps to make 自制油条

  • 1.香雪油条粉,粉里已经有发酵粉和盐,所以不用再添加,如果是用的普通面粉,大概200克面粉2-3克的泡打粉,盐适量;
  • 2.把面粉倒进大碗里,加入鸡蛋,倒入大半的水
  • 3.用筷子搅拌至无干粉
  • 4.把粉絮倒在案板上揉成面团,
  • 5.再用手蘸水,把剩余的水揉进面团里,
  • 6.揉至光滑柔软,然后盖上保鲜膜或者盖子醒30-4分钟
  • 7.把醒好的面团取出,拉成长条,
  • 8.撒面粉或者抹油防粘,用擀面杖擀扁,不用擀得很薄,
  • 9.然后用刀切成一段段
  • 10.把面条段表面抹一层水,两条叠一起,
  • 11.再用刀或者筷子在中间压一下,
  • 12.再把压好的油条胚拉长
  • 13.锅宽油,烧至6、7成热,大约160度-180度,把拉长的油条胚下锅炸,
  • 14.下锅后要不停用筷子按压翻动,炸至膨大并金黄色后捞出用厨房纸吸油后即可
