早春时令爽口小凉菜之——芥香脆口樱桃萝卜

还有萝卜缨也是好东东呢,吃萝卜的同时,可千万别随手扔掉萝卜缨,它的营养价值在很多方面高于根,维生素C含量比根高近两倍,矿物质元素中的钙、镁、铁、锌等含量高出根3—10倍。

  • 1.1、把樱桃萝卜和萝卜缨清洗干净。
  • 2.2、把樱桃萝卜的顶部和底部切掉,萝卜缨如感觉长可在中部切断。
  • 3.3、准备配料——大蒜。
  • 4.4、把蒜拍成蒜末备用。
  • 5.5、把萝卜也处理一下,用刀拍一下准备拌菜了。
  • 6.6、准备一个凉拌盆,把萝卜和萝卜缨放入盆中。
  • 7.7、放入蒜末后把调料依次入,先放香油,再放入糖、鸡粉、凉拌酱油、醋、盐、芥末油拌在一起就可以了。
  • 8.8、装盘吧,赶快拿双筷子准备开动。
