Steps to make 盐焗鸡(电压力锅版)

  • 1.原料备好,鸡洗净切去鸡尖和指甲。
  • 2.用盐焗鸡粉给鸡做个按摩,里里外外涂抹均匀,多按摩一会儿。
  • 3.表面再抹上一点烧烤汁。
  • 4.再按摩一会儿,然后放冰箱一宿,也可以腌制2小时以上。
  • 5.准备葱片和姜片,铺电压力锅里,再放适量胡麻油,放其它食用油也可以。
  • 6.电压力锅选择香糯饭档,做好后再保温40分钟,这是出锅的熟鸡。
  • 7.上桌开吃,真的很美味啊!里外酥嫩脱骨!
