香橙面包
这次做了加果料的配方,加了糖渍橙皮丁,当时还怕小家伙会不喜欢这个味道,没想到最后他吃的最香~还夸赞说真好吃~~

材料:
高筋面粉375g,细砂糖45g,盐6g,奶粉15g,蛋液46g,水212g,酵母5g,黄油30g,糖渍橙皮丁75g

Steps to make 香橙面包

  • 1.将高粉、糖、盐、奶粉、蛋液和水依次倒入面包桶,液体在下粉类在上
  • 2.将面包桶装入面包机中固定好,进入普通和面程序,时间设定按照默认12分钟就可以了,按“一键制作”启动程序
  • 3.和面5分钟左右,可以看到所有材料已经基本成团,按“暂停”键
  • 4.将所需酵母倒入面包桶,使面团在暂停功能下静置,待15分钟后程序自动按照之前设定进行揉面
  • 5.和面程序完成后,加入软化的黄油
  • 6.盖好盖子后,在果料盒中加入糖渍橙皮丁;进入标准面包程序,按照默认设定中烧色、900g,开始一键制作
  • 7.之后都是机器自动操作了,撒果料时我听到声音就过来看了看,这些橙皮丁很快就揉进面团里去了
  • 8.经过两次搅拌,开始进入二次发酵阶段了;做到面团发酵到大半桶的状态时,我刚好有事儿就出去了,然后用手机遥控暂停程序什么的,随后觉得差不多了就又遥控着开始烘烤,回到家的时候都已经块出锅啦~
  • 9.烘烤完成后,程序会自动进入保温阶段哈~不过如果方便的话,最好还是取出来晾凉再吃比较好哦~
