简版酸甜排骨
小家伙喜欢,小家伙他爸更喜欢!所以经常会做!极其简单,酸酸甜甜的真的很赞~

  • 排骨2条
  • 番茄酱3勺
  • 白糖3匙
  • 米醋1匙
  • 酱油2匙
  • 酸梅2个
  • 芝麻0.5匙
  • 葱丝1条

Steps to make 简版酸甜排骨

  • 1.排骨洗净加入酱油抓匀腌制半小时
  • 2.锅里放入少许油加入排骨煎出油!(排骨加点淀粉搅拌放油锅炸也可以,但我觉得那样费油而煎不但省油而且还可以把煎出的油倒出来炒菜咧!)
  • 3.煎透盛盘
  • 4.锅里放入一匙水,白糖、番茄酱、酸梅边煮边搅拌
  • 5.煮到冒泡
  • 6.加入煎好的排骨翻炒
  • 7.加一匙米醋(白醋也可以)
  • 8.翻炒均匀
  • 9.装盘(锅记得趁着余温先洗噢!)
  • 10.撒芝麻,加葱丝点缀!减肥的MM要Hold住嘴哦~嘻嘻!
