Steps to make 水晶虾饺

  • 1.澄面與生粉、少許鹽混合
  • 2.倒入開水,用筷子拌成雪花狀,加蓋燜上幾分鐘
  • 3.將燙面和入少許豬油,揉成面團,加蓋濕布醒十分鐘
  • 4.虾洗凈剝皮挑虾线,剁成粗粒
  • 5.半肥瘦豬肉剁碎
  • 6.香菇泡軟剁碎,姜剁末,蔥切末,加入到虾粒和猪肉馅里,調入適量鹽、生抽、雞精、芝麻油,攪拌均勻
  • 7.把面搓成長條,切成大小相等劑子
  • 8.入蒸鍋水開後大火蒸5—8分鐘即可(时间根据虾饺大小调节)
