Steps to make 白肉血肠

  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.把整的后鞧肉放入凉水中焯一下,水沸腾即可拿出来
  • 3.放入凉水中筋一下
  • 4.把后鞧肉切片
  • 5.把血肠切片,不要切太薄哦,血会散的
  • 6.把酸菜,后鞧肉,八角,葱,姜放入冷水中,开大火煮,加入十三香
  • 7.加入少量酱油,盖上盖子煮,大火烧开后转小火,煮30分钟
  • 8.放入血肠,再煮10分钟。盛出即可食用
  • 9.东北特色菜之一
  • 10.吃白肉血肠加蒜泥最配了!也可以沾腐乳加麻将的料吃,也是很好吃的!
