原味奶香吐司
土司可以切片做三明治,可以抹各种酱,其实就这么手撕着吃就很爽。

  • 高筋面粉300克
  • 酵母3克
  • 鸡蛋一只
  • 细砂糖40克
  • 牛奶120克
  • 黄油40克
  • 1克

Steps to make 原味奶香吐司

  • 1.将除黄油外的所有材料很合在一起
  • 2. 放入面包机,设置“iMix”揉至面团起筋
  • 3. 加入黄油继续揉至扩展阶段,揉出薄薄的一层薄膜
  • 4.将揉好的面团放碗里盖上保鲜膜发酵至2倍大
  • 5.面团取出排气,面团分成5等份,取一个醒发好的面团,用擀面杖擀成倒三角,卷紧卷成长条,放入吐司模具里(模具壁面刷点黄油)
  • 6.用同样的方法将剩下的面团依次卷好并放入模具内
  • 7.做好后放入烤箱进行二次发酵,烤箱调至发酵功能,在面团上喷点水,发酵至模具8分满即可
  • 8.发酵好的吐司放入预热好的烤箱,上下火165度,烤35分钟左右
